The D4C Bylaws establish the coalition’s purpose, membership eligibility, privileges and voting rights, and the organizations governance structure and top level policies.
The D4C boundary is City Council District 4’s boundary. To be a member of D4C, some portion of the candidate member association’s boundary must be with in the D4C boundary. To be a Friend of D4C, the individual must either live within the D4C boundary or if not a resident, own property within the D4C boundary. Consult the D4C bylaws for additional membership and friend qualifications.
