Any neighborhood association, homeowner association, business group, or community group with any portion of their respective boundary within Albuquerque City Council District 4 area shall be eligible for membership. This map identifies the D4C area and the boundaries of current member associations.
In addition, if not within the boundary of a D4C member association, individual households and individual non-resident owners of property within the D4C boundary shall be able to participate in D4C meetings as a Friend of D4C.
The rights and privileges of members and friends are identified in the Coalition Bylaws.
To initially request D4C membership and for annual membership renewal, download and complete the Membership Application form. To initially request recognition as a Friend of D4C and for annual recognition renewal, please download and complete the Friend of D4C Application form. The completed form can either be mailed or emailed to the addresses below. If making a voluntary contribution (see application form for suggested amount), please include a check with the application or give a check or cash to the D4C treasurer at a regular D4C meeting.
